Technical support and training are essential for ensuring that equipment is used to its full potential. When designing a bespoke process control solution, ease of use and user agreeability are made a priority where possible. The products used in these systems are highly variable and Ramcare can offer full training courses at customer sites or at our own premises including hands-on experience for operators. Ramcare engineers have plenty of experience with Eurotherm controllers and recorders and regularly give training whilst on site so that customers can get the most out of their process control system.

Training on wireless monitoring systems from Hanwell can be delivered during the visit that a system is installed. Our engineers are certified by Hanwell to deliver the training and have substantial experience with the systems that Hanwell manufacture. Further training is available to help get the most out of your system including advanced reporting, alarm strategies and device expansion.

During the training Ramcare provides official documentation from the manufacturers including user and product manuals and upon completion, training certificates can be generated as a record for participants.
